Being primarily owner built this house has grown over a number of years. The design was based around the footprint of the original timber cottage and the ability to stage construction. The building steps down following the natural topography of the site and the streetscape.
Selected materials of fibre cement and custom orb where used for ease of construction and bush fire protection. The use of light and progression through the building allow privacy for the family while allowing the house to be also used for entertaining and as a home office.
