Bynya Road 2009
This project represents a total refurbishment along with alteration and additions to an architecturally designed pole house from the 1980’s. The strong geometry of the house allowed some wonderful surprises to capture light and views of the landscape and ocean.
With a perfect NE aspect large deck areas and passive design were a priority. Wide and high stacking glass doors from the living areas and bifolds windows to the kitchen enhance the flow from inside to outside.
The coastal feel of this house was supported by the clients who ensured the relaxed ambience was maintained throughout. We thank the owner’s and the builder for a successful completion to this project.
